As your Personal Trainer, I will help you get in the best shape of your life, no kidding. You’ll probably start off with a few goals in mind but you will end up achieving so much more! Leaning down, toning up, building lean muscles and getting stronger are often my client’s top priorities. Not only that you will get in a better shape but you’ll start to feel amazing in your own skin, you’ll have more confidence and self-esteem, have great energy, you will move better and get rid of aches and pains. And you will have fun while doing that. Also, you will be learning proper form, major muscle groups, metabolic conditioning strategies, properly fueling your body, how to recover, and a lot of the science behind what and why we’ll be doing together. Moreover, I will be teaching you how I switch your program every few weeks so you continue to see results and not get stuck in a plateau.

Unless you can come work with me in Downtown San Diego, we will be working together via Skype, phone, and e-mail. Since my programs are 100% individualized we’ll decide together on the best way to communicate in order to reach your goals. Therefore, you won’t be receiving pre-designed workouts and templates but weekly plans as we move along that reflects your current priorities and progress.

During our initial session we’ll set specific goals that are challenging and yet attainable. Those will be goals that get you excited and make you look forward your day when you wake up in the morning. We’ll also identify your biggest challenges and we’ll strategize to make sure that nothing will get in the way for you to become the healthiest and happiest you. And when challenges arise, because they often do, I’ll support you to overcome them powerfully. My job is to find a way to work around long days, busy schedules, injuries, stress, anxiety, problems at work, problems at home and when you just feel down. Your sessions will be time for fun, joy, relieve, energizing and sweating. Lots of sweating. You’ll leave with heavier legs and lighter heart each time. Especially after leg day.

With a specific plan in hand, you’ll have all the resources you need to start living a healthier and fitter lifestyle one day at a time. You’ll have clarity on the movement, mindset and regeneration you need to elevate your life. You won’t be guessing your workout’s effectiveness or the proper form of your movements. Having an expert to watch and ensure safety of each move will give the confidence to push your own limits. You’ll achieve results you never thought possible. Often, my clients double the weight they are able to lift within weeks or fit in clothes they wore when they were 18. Many moms get in better shape than they were before they had children and dads get the definitions in their arms they thought they’d never have. Staying consistent and focused on your goals, following a specific plan and partnering up with an expert are the keys to success.

What’s unique about my skill set is that I offer expertise in the fields of exercise science, nutrition and life coaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a Personal Training Certification, a Nutrition Exercise Coach Certification and Foundations in Life Coaching Certificate. I obtained my certificates through the most reputable institutions in the industry so I could provide you with the cutting edge scientific knowledge and methods you’ve been looking for. I have been teaching movement for the past 14 years and I have been a personal trainer for the past 4 years. During the last year of my employment with one of the biggest fitness companies in the United States, I held a Fitness Manager position. As a Fitness Manager I was able to hire, train and develop 12 personal trainers to run a very successful personal training department. During that time with the company, my team and I were able to break several records. My team had become known for their expertise and high quality of service. Providing extraordinary service and care for my clients is my number one priority.
